Monthly Payment Terms: Monthly payments will commence immediately upon signing this contract. Payments will be made every 30 days to our PayPal account through the use of the client's credit card or PayPal account on a monthly subscription basis. Should a client cancel at any time within the first twenty-four (24) months a $500 cancellation fee will be applied to the account.

Quarterly Payment Terms: Quarterly payments are paid every 90 days and are billed in advance. Payment owing longer than 30 days could result in the suspension of a customer's account services. Traditional Payment Terms: Unless otherwise arranged in advance, 50% of the total estimate is required upon initiation of the project. The remainder of the costs will be invoiced upon its completion. If any phase of this project is delayed longer than 60 days, we will bill for work completed to date. Should the client elect to terminate this project, JAG Marketing & Communications will invoice for actual work performed. JAG Marketing & Communications will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of what is produced, but is not responsible for the correctness of copy, illustrations, copyrights and photographs.
